Welcome to "The Cord" mobile application (referred to as "the App"). By using this App, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service:

unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

 

User-to-User Videos
The Cord enables users to send videos directly to one another. It's important to note that neither the videos nor any data derived from them will be accessible to The Cord or its administrators. The content of these videos is solely between the sender and recipient.


3. User Conduct
By using the App, you agree not to:
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the functionality of the App
 

4. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided by "The Cord" are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use such content without our written permission.
 

5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

 

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
"The Cord" is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will always be secure, error-free, or uninterrupted.

 

7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall "The Cord" or its owners be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

 

8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

 

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. By continuing to use the App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
